Refund & Returns Policy

1. 30-day returns

You may return an unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Items that have been used for hygiene or safety reasons may not be eligible unless faulty.

2. Order cancellation

If your order has not yet shipped, you can request a cancellation directly from the order tracking page using your order number and email. Once an order has shipped, please use the return process instead.

3. How to request a return

1. Go to Track your order and enter your order number and email.
2. Select “Request return” and tell us the reason (optional).
3. We'll review the request and email you the next steps, including the return address.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days at help@chokingrescuedevices.com with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

6. Return shipping

Unless the item is faulty or we made an error, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
